In case of potential detection
For our guests We kindly invite our guests wit symptoms to stay in their room and to notify the reception by phone from their room. Our team will notify a doctor in order to organize a consultation or a transfer to the nearest medical facility if necessary.
For our staff Employees with symptoms are encouraged not to come to the Mariposa Hotel or to step down immediately if symptoms appear at their workplace in order to consult a doctor and get tested on a doctor's prescription. The same applies to people who have been in close contact (less than one meter for more than 15 minutes).
All our staff is trained in barrier gestures and new operating procedures to ensure everyone's safety.
The occupancy of Mariposa Hotel is re-evaluated in compliance with health regulations and social distancing.
Guests are requested to wear a mask and must keep it on at all times, except at the table.
Capacity at The Rooftop Bar, the Breakfast restaurant and the solarium is also limited in order to respect the mandatory physical distancing.
Hydroalcoholic gel is available in all public areas.
Fitness room access is limited to 2 guests. Booking is requested at the reception.

Strict adherence to protective gestures and physical distancing. We assure you the absolute cleanliness of your room and common areas. Cleaning of surfaces, equipment and textiles in our establishment is increased with certified disinfectants.
